Optional display of warehouse location
In addition to verified company details and the clearly visible business address, the Shop-Checked V2 Seal offers even more value for your customers: it also displays the location of your shipping warehouse. This means buyers can immediately see from which country or location their order will be shipped. This creates clear expectations regarding delivery times, shipping costs, and possible returns.
With this extra layer of information, the seal provides maximum transparency and further strengthens your customers’ trust—because they know exactly who they are dealing with and where their goods are really coming from.
1. Placing Your Order
Select your preferred product (12 or 36 months) in our shop. You can pay by PayPal or bank transfer. Once you submit your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
2. Registration Form
Along with your order confirmation, you will receive a link to our registration form. Please enter all relevant company details—required information may vary depending on your business type.
There’s nothing else you need to do at this point. As soon as your payment has been received, we will review your registration—usually within 48 hours in Germany, and within 3-5 business days for other countries. If the information or documents you provide are insufficient, we will contact you directly to request any missing details or supporting documents.
What happens if we find issues during the review that prevent certification?
We will inform you of the specific issues and ask you to make the necessary corrections. Once you’ve addressed these points, simply let us know for a follow-up review. As soon as everything is in order, we will issue your certificate.
3. Seal, Certificate, and Shop Integration
After your application has been successfully reviewed, you will receive a link to your seal certificate on our server.
Download the seal (PNG graphic), upload it to your webspace, and place it wherever you wish in your shop—then link it to your certificate.

You are free to place the seal anywhere on your shop or website, and save it wherever you like. Just make sure to link it to your certificate.
