Order Process

1. Placing Your Order
Choose your preferred certificate package (12 or 36 months) in our online shop. You can pay conveniently via PayPal or bank transfer. Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.

2. Registration Form
Along with your order confirmation, you’ll receive a link to our registration form. Please enter all relevant company details—required information varies depending on your business type.

That’s all you need to do for now. As soon as your payment has been received, we’ll review your registration. In Germany, the process usually takes up to 48 hours; for other countries, please allow 3-5 business days. If any details or documents are missing or insufficient, we’ll contact you directly and request any additional information needed.

What if we find issues during the review that prevent certification?
If any issues arise that would prevent certification, we’ll notify you of the specific points and ask you to resolve them. Once you’ve addressed the feedback, simply let us know for a follow-up check. When all requirements are met, we’ll issue your certificate.

3. Seal, Certificate, and Shop Integration
After a successful review, you’ll receive a link to your official SYNtrust certificate hosted on our server.

Download the seal graphic (PNG file) and upload it to your own webspace. You can place it anywhere in your shop and link it directly to your certificate.

That’s it! :)

Example:
If your seal image is called siegel.png and your certificate link is https://syntrust.eu/zertifikat/SZ-3557537.htm, you can display the seal anywhere you wish on your shop or website and simply link it to your certificate.
